Build error when using Cygwin #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Building through cygwin, r413
2. ./configure --without-portaudio --without-ffmpeg
3. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error when building, output:
util/condition.cpp: In member function ‘bool CCondition::Wait(int64_t)’:
util/condition.cpp:66:19: error: ‘CLOCK_REALTIME’ was not declared in this 
scope
util/condition.cpp:66:44: error: ‘clock_gettime’ was not declared in this 
scope

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 413, Windows 7 32bit through ygwin.

Please provide any additional information below.

I used gettimeofday() to work around it and was then able to compile.
