The measures related to these visuals and calculations that need to be done are explained in the annotated pdf sent by Kostas "*(annotated).pdf"

@xavierschm @cosvlach

Regarding training & developement table, in my PDF that Kostas sent, there is a comment that says that the structure of the table has changed. Could you confirm if thats correct and send me the updated view of the table ASAP?

To complete this issue, this issue needs to be completed first #7

@alexZaicev @cosvlach see attached for updated Training table, page 14

@xavierschm regarding the training data in the table, should I get the data for the specified month? And what should I do if the data for that month is not available? Leave the table value blank or zero?

alexZaicev commented 4 years ago

Also, HRTrainingData does not have CWG values. Is this template still valid or there is a new version with CWG value available? image

I'm not really sure how often this is reported (what's the frequency), but i'd assume this is monthly, so yeah use the data for the specified month. If there's no data, just print an empty table with blank values (not zeros), just with column headers and row headers

Hmmm interesting indeed, well spotted, I guess that when we created the templates CWG were not in the data we were given but now looks like they are @cosvlach should we just tell Mike about it and ask them to append it? :D or do it ourselves? @alexZaicev can you add a CWG column to the file you have and the March data that are on the table below?

@xavierschm in the tamplates that I was given, data is printed once per FY (e.g. my template has data for March only). But if user manually specifies the FYM values this should be an expected behaviour to print the data that is requested (e.g. if no data available for Februrary then print 0 values or empty), no?

I will ammend my templates, no probs ^^

alexZaicev commented 4 years ago

@xavierschm Another question regarding the 1st line of the table (February Total), are those values are from Birmingham City Council column?

cosvlach commented 4 years ago

@alexZaicev Yes Alex these are the values for BCC as a whole (aka city wide/council wide) and can be found from the 'Birmingham City Council' column

@cosvlach @xavierschm In my PDF that Kostas had shared with me, in section 'Sickness absence rates' there is a comment saying to use HRA_06 data in HRAbsenceData sheet, however, there is no data with that measure ID. Can you double check the correctness of that?

cosvlach commented 4 years ago

@alexZaicev Check the file I sent you yesterday. This has the HRA_06 measure.

When there's no data I would advise to display empty cells because 0 has a different meaning, 0 means a number of 0, while empty means we don't have data :D

Everything looks good, only minor formatting things to be solved before closing this issue @alexZaicev 1 on the Training Table, one for the Sickness absence rates and one on the Top 6 reasons for working days lost:

to be solved as part of #26: make sure that if there's no value, empty cells are displayed instead of 0, see second screenshot below (generated for May)
