Small formatting updates, and making console commands copy/paste-able #5

Description of changes:

Spelling fix
Links added
Formatting of commands to be consistent & in new lines
Removed prompt setting prefix in command samples (e.g. no PS1 or $ preceding)
Added a small snippet script to generate a link to the Dev Portal test area
Added emphasis for the environment variable refresh
