Added support for es-US and fr-CA. Removed sprintf dependency in i18next #116

Description of changes:

Added support for es-US and fr-CA by providing two new language models and language strings in index.js
Removed sprintf dependency and require, modified interceptor to not use it. Setup still supports string replacement and random string if an array is passed
Upgraded i18next version to latest
Bumped up version of sample to v2 in custom user agent
Tested deployment and function via ASK CLI
