Thank you for reaching out. Today Alexa Smart Properties for Hospitality does not allows camera access on the device for security and policy reason. This effect the videos stream coming from the device.
If you would like to test both audio and video for both peers, I would recommend request the Hospital or Senior Living subscription.
Hi Paul, thanks for your answer. There was a bug on AMZ side preventing the call to start two-ways. Now there is still a bug when you open/close the lid over the camera or mute or unmute (via the buttons or screen) during the call. Then the call will freeze and eventually terminate.
I installed the the Server, Client and Skill and configured everything. I can initiate a call from Echo Show 8 to the Browser and the other way around. The session starts and on the Echo Show I have video & audio from the browser. But on the webclient i cannot see and hear anything from the device. I know (outboud) video is not supported in the hospitality setup, but I expect audio to work.
If that helps: after accepting the call I get an sdp reoffer which I would not expect in the first place.
