Description

Updated package.json main and types path variables across packages.
Removed the ununsed dependency del
Updated README.ja.md file.
Disabled id-blacklist rules on eslint since eslint package installed on node v8 versions were failing this style check.

Testing

npm run bootstrap
npm run compile successs.
