APL support in Linux #158

OS: Linux
VS Code version: 1.63.2
Alexa Skill Toolkit extension version: V2.10.0

Question Is there any plans to support Linux for the APL interactions? I love the alexa Skills integration into VS Code but I'm disappointed I can't test/debug the APL stuff.
