within device registration doesnt proceed to device confirmation #166

Describe the bug I wanted to register a virtual alexa device. I created the device in avs and received the code for account linking. But after linking and confirmation on Amazon (google chrome) the popup with code doesnt go away and i cant confirm the device in visual studio code

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'skill management'
  2. Click on 'Register device'
  3. Proceed until the second step register device
  4. See error

    • OS:
    • Visual Studio Code Version: 1.63.2
    • Alexa Skill Toolkit Version: v2.10.1

    Additional context After many tries i could do this. I just restarted the debug of the alexa skill

    After one simulating the extension asked me to register a device, but the method from before doesnt work anymore
