Adjust size of APL preview window

Description

Thank you for providing the ASK tool kit. This PR will make previewing APL documents more comfortable.

Motivation and Context

The ASK tool kit is very useful, but I had a small problem when I tried to develop with the "Simulate Skill" and the source code open in two panes. The preview screen is too big to fit on one screen.

So I added a Div container to resize the APL rendering container to fit the screen display excerpt.

Testing

I verified this with a 27" QHD display connected to a Macbook. I don't think there will be any problems in other environments. I believe it will be comfortable for many developers, especially those developing on smaller pixel screens.
