Didn't create a new issue, but I noticed the generate button didn't actually use the revised chapter titles in the generated file, or preserve them when returning after hitting "update". Also, the update button didn't give a feeling of actually doing anything, so there's styling added to create a small ripple effect on click.

BTW, I plan to redo the UI; to make it more usable and better looking. If you have any ideas and you want to contribute, let me know. I recently added support for styles (CSS) and I think the style editor looks & feels horrible :) I hope I'll find some time to improve it.
