This would allow notes to be included and possibly edited later using an ebook editor. It could be included part of the "Add an option to include extra info like the URL of a page" issue solution. A CSS style would be useful so the text could be made to stand out when displayed. This annotation would likely be placed at the start of the document but a header and footer version might be useful or a header/footer designation for a single entry.
