Update grade version and setup and enable theme for version 2023.1 #9

You may have to update the commits yourself because I have changed the vendor name etc...

@alexadhy I realize this PR is closed and merged, but it doesn't appear that the new code has made it over to the Jetbrains Plugin realm. See here.

Hi @stphnlwlsh I just built the plugin yesterday on local since I have internet issue, should have been up today / tomorrow. Apologies for the delay, thanks

@alexadhy You have to manually set the repository secrets.

Check out the documentation on how to deploy with Gradle so you don't have to worry about internet speed.

Also the error in the pipeline may have been caused by me updating your setup - you may want to clone the Jetbrains Plugin Template and only copy your src and config from the current main branch - than replace everything in main and commit that since my mashine may have different file rights set than yours!
