Backend VXLAN support #9

Integration during topology creation and single vxlan tunnel creation. #3

The web needs to be included. #3 won't be close until this is also done.

As STP is soon required, this branch will be merged, an STP branch will be created, and a common branch for updating the website will be added for issues #3 and #4
