User can log out #54

As a user, when I visit any page, and I click the hamburger menu, I see a button to Log Out. When I click that button, I am redirected to the visitors page (???????????). I can no longer see dogs or users.

@hndfaw @evanmarkowitz Let's discuss what page visitors would be directed to (what they'd see before logging in as well). Otherwise you'd have to make two versions of the homepage (dogs index) for users vs visitors.
