Mouseover over lock symbol doesn't change according to enycryption status #10

Expected behaviour: Mouseover gives information, what happens when I click on the lock such as "Chat is currently encrypted, click to text in plain-text". Observed behaviour: Static "Messages are being sent in plaintext" information.
