Terra smart contracts / NFTs

a user account should be an NFT
in-game asset ownership should be an NFT
games/tournaments should be smart contracts
- on game end, the server mints an NFT with details of the game (scoreline, winning team, date, tournament name, etc.)

Piggo (this codebase)

user sign-in with mobile Terra Station wallet
need a way to query/lookup the blockchain
- lookup in-game asset ownership
- lookup game/tournament data
