TKinter Window Size Problem on different DPI Screens #19

The window size is ok on high dpi screens (i.e. mine) but oversized on low dpi screens.

This was an issue on my machine. Setting Ubuntu to "fractional scaling" fixes this problem. Window base size has been adjusted accordingly.
