Procmon crashes the console from which it was turned on #8

Sometimes, when unloading the module with rmmod, procmon will crash the console from which it was activated

EDIT: and maybe other apps too.

BTW, ALL credits for this bug go to @milabs :) He spotted the bug since the very first moment and then he wrote a POC showing how it can be fixed. I just turned that into a patch.
