I added the first part of the assignment, exporting to the excel file data from 2011 to 2021

For Educational purposes, each member of the group replicated the code to extract the data from the page, each one extracting a different period and appending the results in a final excel named group_2_ass_5_2024(3). However, the other excel files were kept in the assignment file to show the progress made for the final results.

Due to the RP missing to upload their code and final revision (he is expected to write down an email to you explaining the errors in his code and problems that would not make him possible to commit his files) I, for instance, am commenting in this pull request to fulfill this part of the assignment. The data extracted from 2021 to 2011 was made by me, Gonzalo Ormeño The data extracted from 2006 to 2000 was made by Javier Pineda The data extracted from 1995 to 1963 was made by Jhunnior Saenz The missing data extraction from 1962 to 1931 was expected to be commited by the RP before deadline

Each member worked equally and completed their part on time, I beg for your comprehension for the late merge to main of this pull request
