In this pull request we add our resolution of said task according to the issue #366 in the assignment_5 folder.
The collaboration of each member was as follows:
Daniel Ramirez and Rubén Rojas helped in locating the information to be extracted.
I (Josue Ricapa) created the loop that automates the process for all presidential elections available.
Alessandro Burgos could not upload his part. Instead I completed the export of the required dataset in an excel file in the same folder.
