Missing iPad support #5

Currently the app is not optimised for the iPad. It would be nice to have iPad support for Zeit.

Due to some issues with SwiftUI (the app is completely built with SwiftUI) this feature request will take much longer than expected. I really hope that this years WWDC this June will bring a lot of improvements for SwiftUI which will fix a lot of issues and make things easier to implement.
