The "Frank" button #6

Design question: Maybe the Both button shouldn't pop up a window with a dropdown menu, but in case a worker wants to register a coworker as well, then he can choose the coworker by clicking on Coworker and then click Both. (Both button is now a bit confusing when somebody is already selected in Coworker)
