Fixing errors for the documentation page (Tasks, Datasets, Frameworks) #139

Running the code (on Windows) in section "Danish Dependency Treebank (DaNE)" from the documentation page for Datasets, results in a UnicodeDecodeError. However, this should fix the problem.
