Bumping versions to be compatible with the newest Alpha 4 Mainnet pre-release!

Note: Old datadir is not compatible with newest version, so if a previous node was running in the datadir its required to purge it first.

Hi @cryptobench ! Thanks for the update, will merge! Before I merge, as I have your attention, could you check https://github.com/alexandre-abrioux/golem-node/issues/6 ? I need your opinion :)
