Other projections support #10

Hi Thanks, nice plugin! Any chance you worked on a version that supports other projections than web mercator. For example Lambert93? I actually tried to load the TileMatrixSet from getCapabilities but the index of the tiles is totally messed up with other projections. Cheers Ganaël
