Add support for Leaflet 1.0 #11

I tried this plugin but it fails with Leaflet 1.0. this.initHook is not a function. Sadly I'm not as skilled with this sort of stuff otherwise I would gladly make a PR.

I didn't noticed your PR. I will update it with your fork and give it a try. I give one comment how I solved my zoom bug. Don't know if this is a correct way.
