EDAMS must handle control.basic xPL format, controls.basic widgets should lets 
user to send CMND.

Example:

When I click on a light bulb on device map, send CMND xPL to it device id 
associated:

control.basic
{
device=LIGHT_BULB.4
type=output
current=toggle
}
