qt-facetrainer gets in the way of the user #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start qt-facetrainer

What is the expected output?
To be able to train faces.

What do you see instead?
A welcome page (every single time).

Please provide any additional information below.
While it is arguable whether wizard-like interfaces are a good design choice,
it certainly is a bad idea to have a 3 paged dialog of which 2 pages are next
to useless.
In order to improve the situation I would go with something like:
At first start show the user the intro with what to do and not to do, once the
user progresses past this page, write a config file so that any subsequent
starts of the app will not display the intro. Remove the final page completely.

First start:
* User starts app
* User gets informed about not wearing glasses and what not
* User progresses to training page
* User finishes training and closes the app

Subsequent starts:
* User starts app
* User manipulates training page
* User finishes traning and closes the app

Well I dont I agree to this. I assume people are careless. Wouldnt it be better
to have a option in the settings dialog to turn of Greeting Interface(Tab1) ?

@Johannes- What do you think?

Basically I agree with Harald's mindset but the point is that the dialogs are
really short and not worth a serious discussion.

You just have to make one click to proceed and that's it. In my opinion, the
textual information is good for a user to make himself comfortable with the app
and beside, you don't call the face manager every day...

Nevertheless, good point...but a change would require a complete new UI
