Website is broken on many levels #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. navigate to http://pam-face-authentication.org
2. click Wiki or Contact Us
3. no wiki, and contact us sends user to http://pam-face-authentication.org/# 
which is just the home page :(

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is getting to parts of the site that are actually useful.. what 
I see is my DNS page telling me "this site is unavailable"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
that shouldn't matter here.

Please provide any additional information below.
