Does not work Partially #102

Hi Alex, Installed the plugin and after activation and inputing the secret code and saved but code does not work at the 2FA page from the login and just logs out.

My IMAP config is this $config['default_host'] = '%s'; but still not working.

I guess I have to dissable the plugin to gain access

I tried disabling and re enabling discovered that any code typed just ends the session even 123456 just ends the session. Is there no error for wrong code?

Please remove the option to allow user create the secret it breaks everything.
