How can I allow this to all users? #112

Hi. I know that $rcmail_config['force_enrollment_users'] exist, but I don't want to force the users to use this, I want to allow all the users to use this plugin.

Okay, I set this $rcmail_config['users_allowed_2FA'] = true;. But now when I click on 2-Factor Authentication in the settings, it will not navigate me to the page. But I also noticed when I force touch on it, it will show me the page.

Updated to rc 1.4.2 and its working now 👍
