Can't see the plugin under preferences/settings #163

Hi, I have installed the plugin, and followed the instructions on how to install it, but it does not show up on the list of plugins under preferences. What can I have done wrong? Best, Francis

Never mind. I saw my user wasn't on the list of authorised users on config.inc.php.
