feature: add italian language #54

Hi @alexandrehtrb, first thing, great project!!! I can't wait to use an alternative to Postman in my day to day job 😁 Anyway, I added the italian language , as written in the contribution guidelines. For now i only added the main resources, in the next days i count to add also the italian README and nsi installer translations, and i would like to take a look to other opened issues.
