Book details #51

Clicking on a book title in a catalogue table or search result table should take the user to a page with more information on that book, or show a modal with more information. Eventually covers should maybe go here (#23).

I started trying to do this (using the AngularStrap popovers) yesterday, but I couldn't figure out Angular and ended up giving up. If @redbassett wants any of the code I started on, I'm happy to push it up, but it doesn't work and is probably wrong.

(frontend is hard 'n' scary)
