[x] circular buttons
[x] usually has an icon of an arrow but should take any other icon

maybe the base icon button is just a regular button that takes an icon and we can create more specific icon buttons based on that.

they include

[ ] blue back arrow button
[ ] upvote and down vote buttons

I created a icon component that could be used to make the icon buttons specific to the page so closing this issue. check out #28 to see example of usage.
