Requirements

Button should always appear at the bottom even if words are found and not found
Button should be disabled when not logged in (debating to make it clickable and take to login instead)
If logged in then the button should open up modal
should appear on all pages with entries except the user entries.... (debating the last part)

it only appears entries page with the word.

just need to secure form with #98
