MVP - Form Modal Template #95

This should be done before any form modal. This should be created with modularity in mind. Flexibility in mind to fit different forms.

(We can leverage Ant design that would clear a lot of the requirements)

Requirements

Inputs
- States
- Disabled states
- Error state
- Focus state
- Types
- Tags w/ multi support
- Text Input
- Dropdown
- Textarea
- Validation

Possible props

Input array with metadata or rather say information about the inputs (placeholder, validation, etc)
Title
onSubmit function
onCancel function
