Updated Topshelf.Unity project to target net452 and netstandard2.0
Increased minimum version of Topshelf to 4.2.1
Increased minimum version of Unity.Abstractions to 4.1.0
Updated build scripts to use 'dotnet' instead of 'msbuild'
Removed .nuspec and moved package information into the project
- msbuild/dotnet pack would complain about not being able to find any information about the package
