Determine if the lines from "MOCAP_DATA_PATH" to "VIDEO_LED_TIME_FACTOR" can be taken out of the robot_config file. These were used in the positronics lab repo. If any of the lines are staying in, add to the README.md what each line is used for.

I also want to change enable_graphics from true/false to 1/0 to be consistent with the rest of robot_config.
