Place current date filler in Journal Tab and Home Tab

Some end-users are confused as to why the current date doesn't display in the journal.

Add an empty place holder in the Journal Tab with a date formatted string for the current day, even when there is no new reminder / notification
Add the date string near the "Welcome" string in the Home Tab top part
