WM: Wayland Theme: Shadow-Plasma

Currently inconsistent. May be down to an issue with the theme SVG, perhaps a fix or homogenization can be figured out or maybe an alpha transparency issue.

This is most likely an AMD related issue. Never had this problem under nvidia until I switched to AMD as my primary. I have a way to recreate it now so I can see about finding a way to fix this.

This is currently fixed in the beta branch. There are other issues with this branch that need to be resolved before it can be merged.
