update Arabic/Persian word/sentence separators and punctuation

This is a modified set of punctuation characters, word- and sentence-seperators 
that are suitable for Arabic/Persian/Urdu/... scripts.

Sorry about the lack of response earlier. I've added the modified strings for 
the -ar and -fa languages which currently have keymaps. I don't think there are 
currently translations or keymaps for Urdu or others - if there are and I 
missed them, please let me know.

This is now included in v1.34rc2 on 
https://code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/downloads/list, sorry about the 
delay. Does it work as expected?

No. I installed the new version, but I don't see any change in the
punctuation key for Persian layout.

Hm, this is a bit tricky. I had made a mistake applying the patch, but the 
bigger issue is that I currently have a configuration setting for the suggested 
punctuation that's global, and due to the way things get initialized it wasn't 
able to follow language-specific changed versions. I'll try again.

1.34rc3?
