Considering refactoring XML / FDOSCHEMA #22

It may make sense to:

- Rename XML representation to FDOXML
- Have a hard-coded pattern for FDOXML (.fdoxml )
- Automatically enable .fdoschema pattern when FDOXML representation is added
- Ensure that access is controlled via Methods
