As the title has stated, the "Failure initializing input devices" error appears when launching the sideloaded game, for both Fallout1 and 2, resulting the game not able to start. This does not happen on my iPhone 13 mini with latest iOS. I've looked through other forum and modified the ddraw.ini with BackgroundKeyboard=1 and BackgroundMouse=1, this does not work.
