Running game on Windows non 100% DPI with window mode and resolution equal to monitor, the game screen becomes bigger than monitor.

I found this to be a useful INI file to base debugging tweaks from: https://github.com/rotators/Fo1in2/blob/master/Fallout2/Fallout1in2/f2_res.ini

Try using Properties -> Compatibility -> Change High DPI Settings -> Override High DPI Scaling Behavior => Application on the FO2CE Exe.

Thanks, I think build with a manifest file would be more convenance, no need every time for settings.
