Cannot transfer files on Itunes (IOS) #387

I'm on IOS 15.6.1, and on itunes if I try to drag and drop transfer the files I need to it just says "link" and doesn't transfer anything, if I try to click "add files" and select it from there nothing happens. How can I transfer the files I need to get the game working on my phone?

i tried to look it up online but I couldn't find anything of use, so I thought I'd try here
