Cannot recruit dogmeat #390

OS: IpadOS 17.4.1 Version: v1.3

In the cafe of Broken Dreams encounter, the dogmeat cannot be recruited. I cannot talk to dogmeat at all. This also happens to the pariah dog which I cannot talk to.

Have you checked the debug logs / output for any error messages?

Having the same issue. Funny thing, I can see Dogmeat in my party members in the logs:

[Party Members]:
   PM: Bess
   PM: Cybernetic Dog
   PM: Brain Bot
   PM: Marcus
   PM: Sulik
   PM: Dogmeat
   PM: Car Trunk
Total Critter Count: 0

(I'm not sure who's Bess...)

Here's an error related to some ECDogMet.int script:

Error during execution: integer expected, got e001
Current script: scripts\ECDogMet.int, procedure critter_p_procDialogue Reaction: Said Neutral

OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M2) Version: 1.3
