I'm a big fan of both of your Fallout projects. I think this is a cool way to learn programming and reverse engineering. I was able to run both fallout-ce.exe and fallout2-ce.exe. I was wondering about the purpose of fallout2-re.exe? It doesn't appear functional. There is also mention of fallout-re.exe on the Falloout1-RE project, but no release.
Is there any difference between the CE versions and a version we compile ourselves using the RE code?
