2 years ago There seems to be some interplay with radiation. This is a savefile slightly before and there's no flickering -> SLOT09.zip
But if you open the door to the reactor chamber, enter, get hit by let's 100 rad damage, get out and sleep to trigger the video, it will likely flicker. Increasing radiation with F12se doesn't cause flickering. edit: Bah, taking the f12se claim back, radiation field there isn't enough to create radiation effect, something more has to be done.

Sleep until morning to trigger the video. Generally speaking, the Hakunin videos were not flickering, don't know why it flickers here specifically. Hopefully you'll be able to reproduce it on your end.
