If you scroll with keyboard keys down in the PERK/KARMA/KILLS tab and then back up (again with the keyboard keys), the scrolling line (ehh, the selected line) switches over to the box with the XP information. This concerns all three tabs. Scrolling by clicking on those little arrows on the side works fine.
